The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, plates, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The modern shower room is clean and well maintained. For hygiene purposes, guests are required to bring their own towels and shower gel. Step outside onto the private decking area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing in the evening, or dining outdoors during warmer months. This accommodation is professionally managed, well maintained, and ideal for both short breaks and longer stays. Sleeping up to six guests, the layout includes: A comfortable double bedroom A twin bedroom with two single beds A double sofa bed in the living area The caravan features a cosy lounge with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and essential cookware. The shower room is modern and functional. As with all our properties, guests should bring their own towels and shower gel. Getting Around The holiday park and surrounding East Mersea area are best explored with a combination of walking, cycling, and driving, depending on your plans. By Car A car is recommended for guests who wish to explore the wider area. East Mersea is well connected to nearby coastal towns, beaches, nature reserves, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy day trips and scenic drives. On-site and nearby parking is available in accordance with park regulations. On Foot & By Bike The park itself is easy to get around on foot, with facilities such as the pools, entertainment complex, bars, restaurants, and play areas within walking distance. East Mersea also offers pleasant walking and cycling routes, ideal for coastal strolls, nature walks, and relaxed bike rides. Guests are welcome to bring their own bicycles. Public Transport & Taxis Public transport in the area is limited, so guests relying on buses or taxis should plan journeys in advance. Local taxi services are available for trips to nearby towns and transport hubs. Water Activities During the appropriate season, guests may bring their own water sports equipment, including paddleboards or jet skis where permitted. Use of such equipment is entirely at the guest’s own risk and must comply with local regulations and park rules.

These passes must be purchased directly from reception or the entertainment complex, subject to availability, and cannot be arranged or booked in advance. The swimming pools operate seasonally and are typically closed between November and April each year. Guests are welcome to bring their own swimming equipment or water sports equipment (including jet skis, where permitted) during the applicable season. Use of such equipment is entirely at the guest’s own risk and must comply with park rules, safety guidance, and local regulations.
