Pet Guidelines Pets must be pre-approved and paid for in advance. Where pets are permitted, they are not allowed on sofas or beds. Pets must be kept under control at all times and not left unattended. Care of the Property No shoes on carpeted areas, please. Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the accommodation and its contents. Additional charges may apply in cases of damage, excessive cleaning, or failure to follow house rules.
