House Rules To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected throughout your visit: Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to as stated in your booking confirmation. Quiet hours are observed after 11:30pm to respect neighbouring guests and the park environment. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan and property. Shoes are not permitted on carpeted areas of the caravan. Furniture must not be moved or rearranged during your stay. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required during their stay. The maximum occupancy stated in the booking must not be exceeded. Only guests listed on the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Pets Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. A pet fee of £70 per pet, per night applies. Pets must not be left unattended and must be kept off furniture and bedding at all times. Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
